We are seeking a skilled Data Product Owner/Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead data-driven projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on business needs and user feedback.
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure effective data governance and reporting capabilities.
- Manage the product backlog and oversee all stages of product creation, from design to development.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends, translating them into actionable user stories.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and foster alignment across delivery teams, including stakeholders from data and infrastructure.
- Monitor and evaluate product progress, making data-driven decisions to enhance user experience.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in enterprise environments, particularly in financial services or cloud transformation.
- Strong understanding of SAFe Agile practices and experience in scaled Agile frameworks.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- A background in data modeling and analytics tools.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear product requirements.
