JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in driving business performance and supporting strategic initiatives. This hybrid role requires in-office attendance three days a week in Palo Alto, California.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales headcount and collaborate with Sales Ops and Recruiting to ensure accurate forecasts and actuals.
  • Develop and present monthly and quarterly reviews of key metrics, including bookings, expenses, pipeline trends, and commission analysis.
  • Forecast commissions cash flow and operational expenses, and conduct Budget vs Actual analyses.
  • Provide senior management with ad hoc reporting and analysis to enhance business and financial performance.

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in cross-functional teams and build effective relationships.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with financial tools such as Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, Workday, and Coupa.
  • Background in managing headcount and conducting Budget vs Actual calls.
  • Knowledge of sales bookings plans, expense plans, and sales headcount ratios.
