Responsibilities
- Lead the entire lifecycle of a large-scale technology program, ensuring effective governance and accountability.
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget commitments.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and build consensus among diverse senior leaders.
- Oversee systems integrator partners to ensure adherence to processes and quality standards.
- Champion engagement with field workers, ensuring solutions are user-friendly and meet operational needs.
Skills
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale, complex technology programs.
- Proven track record in leading software or platform implementations, especially those involving field mobility tools.
- Strong skills in vendor and systems integrator management, including governance and commercial management.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with field users and understand their operational needs.
- Expertise in managing stakeholder relationships, especially with C-level executives.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the utility industry or similar fields such as telecommunications or logistics.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and hybrid delivery models.
- Experience in managing initiatives with a large number of end users.
