JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to manage exciting projects, ensuring successful delivery and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Estimate project resources and timelines using standard estimating techniques and tools.
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Assign tasks and track project progress, proactively identifying risks and developing contingency plans.
  • Ensure project quality by adhering to established methodologies and collaborating with quality assurance teams.
  • Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders, facilitating effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and assist junior project leaders, sharing knowledge and best practices in project management.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant project management experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of project management principles.
  • Strong technical knowledge and application of project management tools, such as Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise judgment in complex situations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the medical device industry, particularly with design controls and quality management systems.
  • Familiarity with Windchill or similar software.
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
