Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and documentation of business requirements to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with product, project management, and technology teams to analyze and improve business processes.
- Conduct in-depth customer and market needs analysis to guide product development and system requirements.
- Manage all stages of business requirements, from initial research through to user acceptance testing.
- Serve as a liaison between client subject matter experts and development teams to ensure effective communication.
- Identify and assist in developing additional business opportunities within existing clients.
- Oversee business-to-system knowledge management and contribute to overall system design.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards challenges.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in conducting user acceptance testing and developing training plans.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation tools.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
