Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and documentation of business requirements to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with product, project management, and technology teams to analyze and improve business processes.
• Conduct in-depth customer and market needs analysis to guide product development and system requirements.
• Manage all stages of business requirements, from initial research through to user acceptance testing.
• Serve as a liaison between client subject matter experts and development teams to ensure effective communication.
• Identify and assist in developing additional business opportunities within existing clients.
• Oversee business-to-system knowledge management and contribute to overall system design.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in conducting user acceptance testing and developing training plans.
• Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
