JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Administrative Assistant in Maryland, where you'll support crucial projects and programs with your exceptional organizational skills. Responsibilities

  • Manage appointments, travel arrangements, and expense reports efficiently.
  • Provide comprehensive meeting support and maintain office supplies.
  • Screen incoming calls and visitors, ensuring professional interaction.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and updating databases.
  • Support the main switchboard operations when needed.
  • Handle customer and vendor communications effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental tasks.

Skills

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent grammar and proofreading abilities.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite and Windows-based electronic mail.
  • Experience in supporting executive-level managers.
  • Reliable team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with DoD travel regulations and systems like DTS and JTR.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as PeopleSoft.
  • Knowledge of web-based applications and conferencing tools.
