JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Service Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting business operations and client services in a dynamic corporate environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills to grow and excel.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently handle and evaluate service requests to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Execute routine account transactions with accuracy and speed.
  • Coordinate the distribution of documents through email and traditional mail, including performing mail merges.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to complete various business services tasks.
  • Assist colleagues in meeting departmental and regulatory standards.
  • Make well-informed decisions based on comprehensive case analysis.
  • Organize and support office events, ensuring smooth execution and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain professionalism in demeanor and appearance within a corporate setting.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience working in a corporate office environment with a focus on professional presentation.
  • Strong reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong ethical standards, accountability, and decisiveness.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt through onsite training.
