JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Senior Consultant and lead the transformation of applications and processes while engaging with diverse stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the transformation and documentation of existing applications and processes.
  • Act as the primary consultant for onboarding applications, ensuring they align with future-state requirements.
  • Facilitate review sessions, document any gaps, and effectively track remediation plans.
  • Assist in mapping current workflows to future enterprise architecture standards.
  • Manage change processes in collaboration with product teams.

Skills

  • 5-7 years of experience in quality/testing, IT processes, SDLC governance, or IT PMO.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Qtest and JIRA.
  • Strong skills in process planning, business analysis, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Management.
  • Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
