JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Junior Consultant and play a vital role in transforming application documentation for innovative projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in updating application documentation to meet new standards.
  • Efficiently gather, organize, and standardize documentation.
  • Implement conversion checklists and monitor remediation progress.
  • Maintain and organize documentation for application owner reviews.
  • Work collaboratively with development, testing, and release teams.

Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, business analysis, or IT documentation.
  • Strong analytical abilities and process planning skills.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Qtest and JIRA.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in data analytics and improving business processes.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and project management methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
