JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in reviewing and processing essential documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Review electronic Instructions for Use (IFUs) submitted by writers and localization teams.
  • Process documentation using systems like Informatica and AEM for distribution.
  • Identify and address issues in forms by collaborating with the Regulatory Affairs team and engineers.
  • Ensure all records are accurate and aligned with business unit requirements before forwarding to Regulatory Affairs for approval.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders regarding documentation and compliance inquiries.

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in data entry and good documentation practices (GDP).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage urgent reviews effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in writing, labeling, or quality assurance is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Background in regulatory affairs or related fields.
  • Educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
