Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, ensuring clarity of requirements across various teams.
- Manage risks and resolve challenges that may impact project timelines and quality.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective project execution.
- Monitor progress and performance to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Communicate project updates and release plans to relevant business units.
- Coordinate deployment management and produce necessary documentation for project handovers.
- Lead milestone reviews and validate release notes to ensure project readiness.
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management, particularly in a healthcare or state agency context.
- Proven expertise in release management across multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Integrated Eligibility projects and the Maintenance & Operations phase.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
