Responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions between business units and technology teams to ensure alignment on requirements.
- Analyze and document business needs, translating them into functional specifications.
- Manage change control processes and maintain requirement traceability throughout projects.
- Collaborate with architects to ensure system capabilities meet business objectives.
- Identify and propose solutions for complex system-related challenges.
- Create and implement comprehensive test plans, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Maintain and update user and technical documentation as needed.
- Communicate risks, issues, and progress updates to project managers and stakeholders effectively.
Skills
- Strong skills in business analysis, including gathering and documenting requirements.
- Ability to engage stakeholders and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Capable of working independently and handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in advisory or wealth management environments.
- Familiarity with managed account platforms and model delivery processes.
- Testing experience and knowledge of agile delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency with tools like Visio or HP Quality Center.
