JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our innovative team as a Business Systems Analyst - Executive, where you'll play a crucial role in bridging business needs with cutting-edge tech solutions. This position offers a collaborative environment to make a significant impact in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate discussions between business units and technology teams to ensure alignment on requirements.
  • Analyze and document business needs, translating them into functional specifications.
  • Manage change control processes and maintain requirement traceability throughout projects.
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure system capabilities meet business objectives.
  • Identify and propose solutions for complex system-related challenges.
  • Create and implement comprehensive test plans, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Maintain and update user and technical documentation as needed.
  • Communicate risks, issues, and progress updates to project managers and stakeholders effectively.

Skills

  • Strong skills in business analysis, including gathering and documenting requirements.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Capable of working independently and handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in advisory or wealth management environments.
  • Familiarity with managed account platforms and model delivery processes.
  • Testing experience and knowledge of agile delivery methodologies.
  • Proficiency with tools like Visio or HP Quality Center.
