Responsibilities

• Oversee the scope, schedule, and budget for HVAC capital replacement projects.
• Facilitate effective communication among store and field leaders, equipment manufacturers, and HVAC operations program owners.
• Draft and manage project contracts using specialized software.
• Keep project milestones updated and documented using project management tools.
• Contribute to business reviews and provide necessary reporting as required.
• Organize and schedule project kickoff meetings and related appointments.

Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in facility management operations.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and readiness to learn new software tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, Skylight, SAP, and Maximo.
• Customer service-oriented with exceptional attention to detail.
