JOB DESCRIPTION

Embark on an exciting journey as a Jr. IT Analyst, where you'll be pivotal in supporting and maintaining the IT infrastructure at a vast campus. This role is perfect for tech enthusiasts eager to tackle challenges in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive support for workstation, telecom, and server infrastructure.
  • Configure, deploy, and manage IT systems, including Windows PCs and servers.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve networking and telecommunications issues.
  • Handle IT service management tickets to ensure swift resolution of requests.
  • Engage actively in training and compliance meetings related to IT and safety protocols.
  • Support software applications such as Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.

Skills

  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure support, particularly with Windows operating systems.
  • Strong grasp of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and VOIP.
  • Capability to lift and manage IT equipment, such as servers and workstations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Azure and Intune for cloud services and device management.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and practices.
  • Background in manufacturing plant IT support.
