We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Jr. Project Coordinator (Non-IT). This role offers a unique opportunity to support facility maintenance operations and ensure seamless operations across various locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and approve service requests for facility maintenance during after-hours support.
• Monitor incoming maintenance calls and ensure timely dispatch of service providers.
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of service activities.
• Utilize sound judgment and timely communication to manage emergency service requests.
• Balance adherence to company repair and cost guidelines while ensuring efficient operations.

Skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with work order systems and purchase orders.
• Knowledge in handyman-type repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in facility maintenance or similar environments.
• Familiarity with vendor management and dispatch processes.
• Proficiency in using computer software for documentation and reporting.
