Responsibilities
- Oversee and approve service requests for facility maintenance during after-hours support.
- Monitor incoming maintenance calls and ensure timely dispatch of service providers.
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of service activities.
- Utilize sound judgment and timely communication to manage emergency service requests.
- Balance adherence to company repair and cost guidelines while ensuring efficient operations.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with work order systems and purchase orders.
- Knowledge in handyman-type repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in facility maintenance or similar environments.
- Familiarity with vendor management and dispatch processes.
- Proficiency in using computer software for documentation and reporting.
