Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to transform product objectives into clear UX strategies.
- Conduct user research to gain deep insights into workflows and identify challenges.
- Design and develop UX artifacts, including user flows and wireframes, to address problem areas.
- Analyze user interactions using data to uncover areas for improvement.
- Test design concepts with users to gather feedback and validate assumptions.
- Organize and track project progress in Jira, ensuring timely delivery.
Skills
- Over 4 years of experience in UX Product Design.
- Proficient in design tools, especially Figma.
- Strong foundation in UX methods such as journey mapping and usability testing.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accessibility and inclusive design.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
- Ability to turn user research findings into actionable insights.
