Responsibilities

• Develop and prioritize the product backlog to ensure maximum value and clarity.
• Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and Agile teams, facilitating communication and collaboration.
• Collect and utilize feedback from customers and stakeholders to guide product decisions.
• Engage in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
• Apply design thinking and customer-centric strategies to steer product development.

Skills

• Proven expertise in backlog management and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Banking or Financial payment processes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using backlog tools such as JIRA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Electronic Payments and operational knowledge in the Banking sector.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal capabilities.
• Industry certifications like CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe are advantageous.
