JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Product Insights Analyst, where your analytical skills will drive key digital client acquisition programs. This 12-month contract offers the opportunity to convert to a full-time role, enabling you to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly reporting to outline program performance and guide leadership decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough data validation and cross-checks for accuracy in all reporting outputs.
  • Support ad-hoc analyses to provide clear, data-backed answers for program decisions.
  • Collaborate across teams to align on goals, measurement, and insight needs.
  • Serve as the point of contact for third-party vendors regarding data and reporting.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics for creating and manipulating dashboards.
  • Expert-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to compile and present data, explaining findings from both analytical and big-picture perspectives.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, especially when reconciling multiple data sources.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
  • Familiarity with Insurance or Financial Services.
  • SQL skills for advanced data analysis.
