We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to digital marketing efforts and enhance our email marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring brand compliance and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and optimize email templates.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement to increase key performance indicators.
• Maintain and update the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
• Support digital marketing initiatives and contribute to the overall marketing strategy.
• Assist with documentation for email processes and A/B testing.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in email marketing.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, particularly Marketo.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with content management systems and web project execution.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Knowledge of digital customer experience principles and UX design.
• Curiosity to explore new technologies and apply innovative solutions.
