We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to drive impactful reporting and automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define reporting requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to meet business needs.
• Utilize Power Automate to enhance data workflows and automate processes.
• Integrate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer for implemented solutions.
• Adhere to organizational governance and data privacy standards throughout all projects.

Skills

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data integration from platforms such as Microsoft Dataverse and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and other data sources.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance best practices.
