JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring accountability and high performance
  • Develop and implement strategic sales rhythms in line with company standards
  • Coach and support sales executives to consistently meet quotas
  • Drive pipeline generation and maintain accurate forecasting
  • Execute sales processes across service lines and software products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product capabilities and client success
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Represent the company at key industry events and conferences

Skills

  • Proven leadership experience in sales, particularly in healthcare or software sectors
  • Strong understanding of provider markets and payer contracting
  • Expertise in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coaching abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in scaling sales organizations in related services
  • Ability to lead teams to consistent quota attainment
  • Familiarity with revenue cycle management and health technology

This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
