Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable solutions.
- Align technical solutions with business goals in partnership with IT teams and consultants.
- Develop testing plans, training materials, and documentation for smooth implementation.
- Lead feasibility assessments and define project scopes for new initiatives.
- Foster transparent and collaborative relationships across all organizational levels.
- Manage project plans, balancing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality.
- Drive projects to completion, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a major ERP system.
- Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver value in complex environments.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Success in influencing business decisions and managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency with business process definition tools like Visio.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with NetSuite ERP or Salesforce CRM.
