Responsibilities

- Utilize design facilitation skills to build strong cross-functional relationships.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Over 6 years of experience in user experience, interaction design, or product innovation.
- Proven ability to lead projects and develop processes for tackling design challenges.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale and success metrics.
- Experience in applying human-centered design principles in digital product development.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the financial services sector.
- Familiarity with current UX research and methodologies.
