We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a significant project within the healthcare sector while collaborating with a diverse group of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of a unified Preferred Drug List (PDL) for the Georgia Department of Community Health.
• Manage project schedules, risk management, and communication plans to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including pharmacy teams and external vendors, to align project goals.
• Facilitate workgroups to improve drug review processes and ensure stakeholder representation.
• Provide regular project status reports and updates to stakeholders and management.

Skills

• Proven experience in managing Medicaid implementations and pharmacy initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with various levels of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Experience with fee-for-service and managed Medicaid programs.
• Knowledge of pharmacoeconomics and Medicaid pharmacy claims processing.
