Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of a unified Preferred Drug List (PDL) for the Georgia Department of Community Health.
- Manage project schedules, risk management, and communication plans to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including pharmacy teams and external vendors, to align project goals.
- Facilitate workgroups to improve drug review processes and ensure stakeholder representation.
- Provide regular project status reports and updates to stakeholders and management.
Skills
- Proven experience in managing Medicaid implementations and pharmacy initiatives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with various levels of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Experience with fee-for-service and managed Medicaid programs.
- Knowledge of pharmacoeconomics and Medicaid pharmacy claims processing.
