JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic market analysis and contribute to data-driven insights that influence business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Validate, categorize, and analyze market, sales, and healthcare claims data to support internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive market tracking reports with actionable insights for leadership.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting tools using Excel or PowerBI.
  • Assist in updating market forecast models and identify trends to aid in strategic planning.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to gather competitive intelligence and customer insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in IT, Marketing, Commercial, and Finance to ensure project success.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or market research.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including advanced data manipulation skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare databases.
  • Knowledge of market modeling and competitive intelligence methodologies.
