Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and implement comprehensive software quality assurance strategies.
- Develop, maintain, and execute both automated and manual test scripts.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to ensure high-impact delivery of software solutions.
- Document, track, and resolve software defects in partnership with the product delivery team.
- Contribute to the establishment of CI/CD pipelines for efficient testing processes.
- Communicate software quality measures to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project schedules.
Skills
- Extensive experience in quality assurance and testing, with a focus on automation tools such as Cypress and Selenium.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Java, with hands-on experience in performance testing tools like jMeter.
- Strong understanding of UI and API automation in web applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and cloud-based delivery.
- Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
