Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for global managed print services and manufacturing print teams.
- Manage and track the deployment and utilization of print devices, including HP and Zebra printers.
- Coordinate the placement, leasing, and end-of-life processing of print equipment.
- Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and training materials for print support teams.
- Utilize IT service management systems for asset tracking and resolving incidents efficiently.
- Assist in migration projects to optimize legacy environments and reduce costs.
Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in HP Secure Print and enterprise print environments.
- Experience with HP Device Control Center and supporting RF devices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead projects effectively.
- Solid understanding of IT service management tools and asset lifecycle management.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Over three years of experience in print operations or IT infrastructure management.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage third-party service providers.
