JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-team collaboration to define and implement tech solutions that meet business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed specifications and user stories for agile teams.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement through interviews, workshops, and reviews.
  • Provide strategic guidance on business process design and technology selection.
  • Support agile teams by clarifying requirements and assisting with backlog grooming.
  • Champion agile methodologies and product development best practices.
  • Contribute to the management of mobile devices and applications to enhance user experience.

Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical product role or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development processes.
  • Proficiency in requirement analysis and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Commitment to safety and security in all aspects of work.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience in product development and performance as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Hands-on experience with mobile device platforms and applications in enterprise settings.
  • Familiarity with the airline industry is a plus.
