Responsibilities
- Lead cross-team collaboration to define and implement tech solutions that meet business needs.
- Translate business requirements into detailed specifications and user stories for agile teams.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement through interviews, workshops, and reviews.
- Provide strategic guidance on business process design and technology selection.
- Support agile teams by clarifying requirements and assisting with backlog grooming.
- Champion agile methodologies and product development best practices.
- Contribute to the management of mobile devices and applications to enhance user experience.
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical product role or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development processes.
- Proficiency in requirement analysis and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Commitment to safety and security in all aspects of work.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience in product development and performance as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Hands-on experience with mobile device platforms and applications in enterprise settings.
- Familiarity with the airline industry is a plus.
