|Job ID 72674|Posted Dec 2, 2025We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to critical financial planning and analysis within a leading organization.
Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analyses to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain effective financial planning processes and coordinate planning calendars.
- Develop tools and templates for financial consolidation and reporting.
- Manage monthly financial performance metrics and report on variances.
- Provide financial support to marketing teams and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Conduct month-end close activities, including journal entries and revenue tie-outs.
- Perform ad hoc financial modeling and data analysis for senior management.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of finance experience with progressive responsibilities.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Familiarity with Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Background in global marketing finance support.
- Manufacturing finance experience is a plus.
