JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us as a Sr. IT Project Lead, where you'll spearhead the strategy and management of data-driven products to enhance global supply chain operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and improve productivity within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for manufacturing data products.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement and adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability and security of data products.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product success and drive enhancements.
  • Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships to effectively align priorities and outcomes.
  • Incorporate governance and compliance into the product lifecycle to meet regulatory standards.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in data product management or analytics leadership.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects successfully.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and product management principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and adept problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with modern cloud data platforms and tools like AWS, Snowflake, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Knowledge of FinOps and Data Governance frameworks.
  • A Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant field is preferred.
