JOB DESCRIPTION

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Sr. IT Project Lead to spearhead innovative data-driven strategies within our collaborative environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence commercial operations and enhance business outcomes through data analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement a strategic vision for commercial operations products, ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategies.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, focusing on investment planning and roadmap execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products are scalable, secure, and interoperable.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align priorities and communicate the impact of data investments.

Skills

  • 8–12+ years of experience in data product management or analytics leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams of product owners, analysts, or engineers effectively.
  • Strong understanding of data product management principles and modern cloud data platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and hands-on product delivery oversight.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with FinOps, AI Risk, and Data Governance frameworks.
  • Experience in a global manufacturing or industrial enterprise.
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields.
