JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about driving efficiency and delivering value through technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support project initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive requirement documentation and reports.
  • Engage with clients and internal teams to manage risks and resolve issues effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with key performance indicators and service level agreements.
  • Facilitate communication among project teams and stakeholders to maintain transparency and drive results.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in relation to Health and Human Services.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Familiarity with government RFP responses and statement of work (SOW) activities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing demands.
  • Knowledge of project controls and risk management strategies.
