JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us as an IT Project Lead, where you'll spearhead the creation and integration of a dynamic reporting tool across multiple ERP systems. This role is perfect for those eager to combine strategic product ownership with hands-on project coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the reporting tool, aligning it with business needs.
  • Convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
  • Coordinate data integration efforts across various ERP systems, ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Conduct thorough testing to guarantee functionality and data accuracy.
  • Design training materials and documentation to facilitate user onboarding and adoption.
  • Provide ongoing support post-implementation, monitoring system performance and user feedback.
  • Communicate regular updates on project progress, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.

Skills

  • In-depth understanding of supply chain data and associated metrics.
  • Proven track record in project planning and execution.
  • Technical proficiency with SDLC, cloud platforms, APIs, and system architecture.
  • Strong grasp of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate technical details into business-friendly language.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
  • Background in budgeting and resource management.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making skills.
  • Leadership experience in guiding technical teams towards successful outcomes.
