JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects while supporting a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for translation workflows.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks within the translation management system.
  • Provide first-level support and manage expectations with translation customers and vendors.
  • Organize files and oversee pre-translation file preparation.
  • Facilitate reviews and ensure feedback is accurately documented.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support team initiatives.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture focused on growth and excellence.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, linguistics, or a related field.
  • Experience working with global teams or customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with translation management systems.
  • Experience in learning design and development teams.
  • Knowledge of machine translation with post-editing projects.
