We are seeking an experienced Corporate Accountant to join our dynamic accounting team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to financial processes while working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review SOX compliant working papers across various accounting areas, including payroll and bonuses.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on accounting best practices and documentation standards.
• Manage end-to-end processes for assigned areas, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal standards.
• Assist in standardizing accounting processes to enhance efficiency and consistency across functions.
• Collaborate with global accounting teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Support ad hoc accounting projects and initiatives related to assigned business areas.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA certification.
• Approximately 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including review and coaching responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Technical experience with NetSuite and other accounting software.
• Experience with compensation-related entries in a public company environment.
• Familiarity with Blackline and Coupa systems.
