JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Commerce Analyst to join our team and drive digital strategies that enhance customer experiences. Use your analytical expertise to collaborate with cross-functional teams, delivering insights and solutions to elevate our business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance digital platforms to increase visitor engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyze data to generate insights that improve business performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop innovative reporting solutions for process optimization and critical insights.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve digital content and features.
  • Manage analytics requests with clear communication and effective project execution.
  • Work with product and user experience teams to enhance website capabilities.
  • Present insights to stakeholders to support sales and service opportunities.

Skills

  • Strong ability to interpret data and create comprehensive reports.
  • Proficiency in MS applications such as Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with stakeholders across various departments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker Studio.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Cloud, and other analytics or BI tools.
  • Understanding of SEO, Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, CMS, and CRM systems.
