JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Digital Commerce Analyst and drive customer satisfaction through strategic data insights and innovative digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance web analytics platforms to boost user engagement and improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze data to extract actionable insights for optimizing business outcomes and enhancing customer experiences.
  • Develop innovative reporting solutions to streamline processes and deliver insights efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital content and features.
  • Manage analytics requests with strong communication and project management skills.
  • Work closely with product and user experience teams to advance site capabilities.
  • Present analytical findings to stakeholders to support sales and service initiatives.
  • Contribute to a collective knowledge base of analytics best practices and tools.

Skills

  • Strong ability to interpret data and develop comprehensive analytics reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with diverse department stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker Studio.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Cloud, and other analytics or business intelligence tools.
  • Understanding of SEO, Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, CMS, and CRM systems.
