JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Digital Commerce Analyst and be a key player in driving our digital strategies forward. We're seeking a data-driven professional to enhance our web analytics and collaborate with various teams to expand our digital presence.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage analytics tools to improve visitor engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyze data from various sources to provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Develop creative data visualizations to simplify reporting processes.
  • Work with product managers and business teams to improve site content and functionality.
  • Handle analytics requests with clear communication and detailed documentation.
  • Present insights to stakeholders and contribute to best practice repositories.
  • Enable stakeholders to use analytics for business development opportunities.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
  • Strong ability to interpret data and create actionable reports.
  • Effective collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker Studio.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Cloud / Big Query, and other analytics tools.
  • Understanding of SEO, Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, CMS, and CRM systems.
