Join our team as a Backend Engineer and play a pivotal role in developing robust systems and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement application architectures with a focus on scalability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain backend systems, ensuring high-quality code through rigorous testing.
- Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Manage and support services deployment in cloud environments.
Skills
- Proficiency in Kotlin and experience with frameworks like Micronaut or Spring Boot.
- Strong experience in backend software development in large-scale settings.
- Solid understanding of Apache Kafka and stream processing.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and test-driven development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases and advanced architectural patterns.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Git-based workflows.
- Experience in building automated end-to-end test suites for enterprise applications.
- Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools.
