JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise programs with multiple projects to achieve strategic goals.
  • Define program objectives and deliverables, ensuring clarity and success metrics.
  • Mentor project managers to deliver consistent value across projects.
  • Manage risks and provide recommendations for decision-making at executive levels.
  • Optimize resource utilization across projects and workstreams.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication at all levels.
  • Drive change management and process improvement initiatives.

Skills

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale transformational programs, particularly in healthcare.
  • Expertise in implementing platforms like Salesforce and Omnichannel solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as Asana and Jira.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Ability to manage program-level risks and drive timely decisions.
  • Experience with User Centered Design and working with implementation partners.

Preferred Skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience collaborating with offshore teams.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
