Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise programs with multiple projects to achieve strategic goals.
- Define program objectives and deliverables, ensuring clarity and success metrics.
- Mentor project managers to deliver consistent value across projects.
- Manage risks and provide recommendations for decision-making at executive levels.
- Optimize resource utilization across projects and workstreams.
- Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication at all levels.
- Drive change management and process improvement initiatives.
Skills
- Proven experience in leading large-scale transformational programs, particularly in healthcare.
- Expertise in implementing platforms like Salesforce and Omnichannel solutions.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as Asana and Jira.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
- Ability to manage program-level risks and drive timely decisions.
- Experience with User Centered Design and working with implementation partners.
Preferred Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience collaborating with offshore teams.
