Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of fragrance collections to new manufacturing partners, ensuring quality and performance standards are consistently met.
• Work closely with our Fragrance Designer to enhance new fragrance development, identifying key challenges and opportunities.
• Conduct olfactory evaluations and manage vendor relationships to ensure project success.
• Maintain and update fragrance databases with precise regulatory and compliance records.
• Research and analyze cross-category products to inspire and guide fragrance development cycles.

Skills

• Proven experience in developing home fragrance products.
• Strong background in olfactory evaluation and sensory science.
• Excellent communication skills for effective vendor coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Familiarity with fragrance evaluation methods and data management.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
