JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Platform Product Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in developing compliance products that support a global community. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of compliance products from inception to scale, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, compliance operations, and legal teams to create innovative solutions.
  • Define and prioritize product strategies based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Communicate the vision and problem-solving approach effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Make informed decisions on resource allocation to maximize product impact.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment, embracing change and driving continuous improvement.

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, specifically in payments, compliance, or risk-related products.
  • Strong understanding of platform product management and customer needs assessment.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to articulate product vision and strategy.
  • Proven decision-making abilities in resource-limited scenarios.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in compliance frameworks such as AML, KYC, BSA, and MTL.
  • Background in fintech or related industries, with familiarity in working with external auditors.
  • Technical experience as an engineer, data scientist, or analyst.
  • Global perspective on payment programs and collaboration with diverse teams.
