JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Lead Content Strategist, where you'll have the opportunity to shape and drive innovative content strategies in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role allows you to lead projects with minimal oversight, working alongside a multi-disciplinary team to create exceptional digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive content strategies and deliverables, including information architectures and metadata schemas.
  • Conduct content audits, inventories, and governance plans to enhance content effectiveness.
  • Facilitate discovery activities such as stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather insights.
  • Produce cohesive strategy documents that align with business needs and best practices.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and copywriters to create user-centered solutions.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and share insights with the team to foster continuous improvement.
  • Manage multiple high-profile projects while contributing to a positive team culture.

Skills

  • 5-8 years of experience in content strategy or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital asset management systems and information architecture.
  • Proven ability to lead content audits and create effective content governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess content effectiveness and user engagement.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in consulting or agency environments.
  • Familiarity with content management systems such as AEM, Sitecore, or Contentful.
  • Knowledge of UX testing platforms and design software like Figma.
  • Ability to connect content strategies to measurable business outcomes.
