Skills

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with a focus on requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts in business terms.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
• Proficiency in Salesforce ecosystems, including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and managing user stories.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.
