Business Systems Analyst - Executive

We are seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your insights will directly impact business performance and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate discussions with business units and technology teams to align on requirements.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
  • Manage change control and ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure system capabilities meet business needs.
  • Identify and recommend solutions for complex system-related problems.
  • Create and implement comprehensive test plans, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Update and maintain user and technical documentation as needed.
  • Communicate risks, issues, and progress updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Skills

  • Strong business analysis skills with experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Proficiency in engaging stakeholders and communicating effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in advisory or wealth management environments.
  • Familiarity with managed account platforms and model delivery processes.
  • Testing experience and knowledge of agile delivery methodologies.
  • Proficiency with requirement and process tools such as Visio or HP Quality Center.
