Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of monthly income distributions and financial reports, ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
• Perform detailed reconciliations of intercompany cash and capital funding, supporting accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure audit and tax compliance, addressing any discrepancies efficiently.
• Contribute to process improvements to optimize accounting workflows and maintain detailed documentation.
• Support special accounting projects and assignments as needed, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in investment accounting, fund accounting, or real estate accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively within deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with real estate investments or private equity funds.
• Familiarity with tax reporting requirements for partnerships and LLCs.
• Progress toward CPA certification is a plus.
