Responsibilities
- Manage and configure SharePoint Online, including site collections and governance.
- Collaborate with business owners to design modern sites and improve information architecture.
- Implement role-based access and external sharing controls to ensure security.
- Support the transition from classic to modern SharePoint and provide necessary training.
- Develop and maintain operational scripts using PowerShell and Azure Automation.
- Integrate SharePoint solutions using Microsoft Graph and REST APIs for enhanced functionality.
- Provide advanced support for complex SharePoint issues and conduct thorough analysis.
- Create comprehensive documentation and training materials for users and administrators.
Skills
- Extensive experience in administering SharePoint Online with strong governance skills.
- Proficient in PowerShell for automation and reporting tasks.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Graph and SharePoint REST API for integration purposes.
- Experience with ITSM practices, particularly in incident and change management.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Azure AD/Entra ID and Power Platform governance.
- Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD practices for SharePoint automation.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools to improve adoption and performance.
