Responsibilities

• Design and execute a variety of surveys using the Qualtrics platform to gather valuable consumer insights.
• Collaborate with internal clients to assess project needs and manage survey programming, analysis, and reporting.
• Oversee the management of owner communities, including panel and incentive management, and survey deployment.
• Act as the subject matter expert on Qualtrics, updating process documentation and supporting CX programs.

Skills

• Proven experience with survey platforms like Qualtrics, including survey execution and data analysis.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with a process-oriented mindset to manage multiple projects efficiently.
