We are seeking a dynamic and strategic CRM Marketing Manager to lead our lifecycle marketing initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to shape our CRM strategy and engage with fans through innovative marketing approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the email marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies.
• Conduct a thorough audit of current email strategies and implement prioritized improvements.
• Refine the CRM strategy focusing on personalization, segmentation, and new customer journeys.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
• Lead and mentor the email execution team, overseeing the hands-on CRM execution process.

Skills

• 5–8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM within a performance-driven B2C environment.
• Strong understanding of CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and sales.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Klaviyo.
• Proficiency in complex segmentation, personalization, and multi-channel marketing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in managing creative agencies and developing high-quality marketing campaigns.
• Background in ticketed attractions or experiences is a plus.
