JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic tech goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
  • Integrate Salesforce with AWS services and other enterprise systems for seamless data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee code reviews and promote continuous improvement through CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize performance, maintaining compliance with security standards.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in Salesforce development, particularly with Apex, LWC, and Flow Builder.
  • Proficient in integrating Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, and AWS services.
  • Strong skills in JavaScript, React.js, and TypeScript.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new technologies beyond Salesforce.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications in Application Architect/System Architect.
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure tools and practices.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and data streaming frameworks.
