Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic tech goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Integrate Salesforce with AWS services and other enterprise systems for seamless data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee code reviews and promote continuous improvement through CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance, maintaining compliance with security standards.
Skills
- Extensive experience in Salesforce development, particularly with Apex, LWC, and Flow Builder.
- Proficient in integrating Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, and AWS services.
- Strong skills in JavaScript, React.js, and TypeScript.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams.
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies beyond Salesforce.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications in Application Architect/System Architect.
- Experience with AWS infrastructure tools and practices.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and data streaming frameworks.
